Terms of Service
1. Provider
The organization operating PureShape (the "Provider"). Contact: kissszabolcs0211@gmail.com. Full provider details are in the Imprint.
2. The service
PureShape is a warm, judgment-free health companion: Eszti (daily reflection, chat), Fridge-Magician (recipe suggestions from your ingredients), progress and mood maps, and a closed Hungarian community. The service includes AI-generated suggestions.
3. Not a medical service - important
Content is informational only and is not medical, dietary or psychological advice, and does not replace your doctor or a qualified professional. Recipes, calorie estimates and allergen/diet filtering are assistive, not guaranteed, Fridge-Magician warnings do not replace checking product labels. For any health condition, allergy, intolerance, eating disorder, pregnancy or medication, always consult a professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
4. Eligibility
- Available to users aged 16 and over.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for your account security.
5. Subscription & fees
- Registration and onboarding are free. Pro features require a subscription.
- PureShape Pro: HUF 5,990 / month or HUF 49,990 / year (incl. VAT).
- Payment is processed by the App Store or Google Play; subscriptions auto-renew at the end of the billing period until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime in the App Store / Google Play subscription manager. Refunds follow the respective store's rules.
- Prices may change with prior notice and do not affect an already-paid period.
6. User content & community
The community is closed and moderated. Harassing, unlawful, hateful, or health-harmful content (including content encouraging eating disorders) is prohibited and may be removed; accounts may be suspended or terminated.
7. Intellectual property
The app and its content belong to the Provider. Your uploaded content remains yours; you grant a non-exclusive license needed to operate the service.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from following suggestions. Mandatory statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
9. Termination
You may delete your account anytime in the app. The Provider may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.
10. Governing law
Hungarian law applies. Consumers may turn to the competent conciliation body or court.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app.
